Honing down on the recipes and we are there – we think we have created 3 pretty special beers.

The idea is to have 3 ales, each using the same four hops – but in different quantities, and for different bittering and aromas. All distinctive beers, but all part of the same family. Lots of smelling of hops, research and number crunching and the recipes are sorted. A very big thank you to Julia at Quartz Brewing for all of her help and support on this one – couldn’t have done it without you!
