Monday 18 December – ABUK are here along with Tim from Greens – the equipment fitting company – closely followed by a very large truck with a mash tun, copper, hot liquor tank and auger. Tuesday 19 December our second container arrived – Greens carefully remove the four fermenters and position them in The Norfolk Brewhouse – it’s all very shiny, just got to make sure we keep it that way!
