A big thanks to Phil Wignall, beer-lover and event organiser for the Ely Beer festival. Phil called us up and asked if he too could have a barrel from our test brew – so Moon Gazer made a very early festival appearance . Truth be told we could have done with a day or two more conditioning for the beer, but festival-goers seemed to approve – with Moon Gazer the second fastest selling beer out of 60 on offer – it didn’t even make it until the second day of the festival. Look forward to next year Phil!! And thanks to Ra for clearing out the mash tun!
